M newsmagazine is a fruit of a dream of uniting the barangay folks of Minglanilla into a single community interacting among each other throught he medium of printed bulletin.
In December 2008, the first issue of M newsmagazine reached the hands of selected Minglanillans who shared the vision of reaching out to other people in their barangays and encourage them to let their words be read by peoples of other barangays.
The heart and soul of the south became the first free community newsmagazine in Minglanilla and in the island of Cebu, celebrating the special gifts of Minglanilla as the home of subdivisions and the largest town community in the province.
You are therefore invited to join us in this celebration of the special gifts of Minglanilla, the Sugat Capital of the South, and M newsmagazine as a testimony of God’s providence and love for everyone through Minglanilla.
